Our refund policy shall be used as a complete guidance for explaining when you, as a customer, can ask for a refund about our products and services acquired from us or from our partners and affiliates.

You can cancel your subscription from anywhere at any time. You can contact us and request a refund soon after your initial purchase or later. We need your login email for processing your refund request. Your data will be stored for 30-day subsequent to the subscription ends, but before being permanently deleted.  

General refund rules

  • The service or product in question has to be cancelled just before we can issue a refund.
  • We only offer one refund per service or product when it is eligible.
  • No refund will be made when your service or product is terminated for a valid cause.
  • Every refund is processed in Indian Rupees or USD depends on the payment method. We do not hold any responsibility for a fluctuation in the exchange rate between the payment time and refund time.
  • The refund will be credited to the account balance provided by our company. The purchase made using such account funds can be refunded as an account credit.
  • We may refund payments made by PayPal or credit card in the source of payment when appliacable. We are not responsible for any extra charge imposed by the PayPal or Credit Card Company in case of refund.
  • Any transaction or processing fee will be deducted from a refund. Extra refund needs may apply as per specific terms and conditions given by the customer at the time of the transaction.

Missing or late refunds

You may have not received a refund yet. You have to check the bank account again. You can contact the debit or Credit Card Company. Keep in mind that it takes some time before the refund is officially posted. You must contact your bank. This is because some processing time before a refund is posted. Once you have done all such things and you still have not get the refund after 10 days, then you can make contact with our company.

Special terms

  • No refund is available for the domain name and SSL certificate registration.
  • We will refund any fee paid automatically as an account credit when an unsuccessful attempt for transferring a domain name to our company.
  • No refund is available for any package with late fee which will included for the data maintenance beyond the limits.
  • No refund is available for any email hosting service in the private category even when it is terminated or suspended before the contract term’s end.

No refund is available for any web hosting package when any of the following happens

  • A package bought during special events or using exclusive offers
  • Misunderstanding of the features of the package
  • Extra charges for additional features are not eligible
  • Fees associated with the domain name transfer or registration
  • Renewals of the web hosting and related services
  • Services or packages were terminated or suspended for a valid reason
  • Complete refunds for any package are only available when you request such things within a week after your purchase and the refund option is eligible.
